How do I set up my profile?
Log into the virtual event platform, click the box with your initials on the top right menu, and select 'Edit Profile'.
I can't remember my password
Click the 'Forgot Your Password?' button on the login page to be emailed with instructions on how to reset it, or click the blue chat button in the bottom right corner and we can reset it for you.
Will I need to download specific software or an App?
Google Chrome is the recommended browser. If you typically use another browser such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Safari, we highly recommend that you download Google Chrome prior to the event.
What device should I use to watch?
We strongly advise that you participate via your desktop or laptop computer/mac that has good speakers.
Mobile devices are supported but the best experience will be through the desktop or laptop computer/mac.
Do I need a microphone or camera to participate?
No. Interaction is via the chat and question functions.
How do I watch a live session?
To watch the live stream on Thursday the 23rd of November, please click the 'Watch Live' button located in the top menu bar.
Please note that there will be no live stream on Wednesday the 22nd of November.

How do I submit a question to the speaker during a session?
On each Live Stream page there is an "Ask A Question" button where you submit any questions to the speaker during their talk. Select the applicable talk from the drop-down list, write your question, then click Submit.
Do not use the chat function to ask the speaker a question. The chat function is for engaging with other delegates.
How do I personalise my agenda?
You can use the star icon next to any session, talk, speaker or resource to save and add it to your ‘favourite’ items. These can be viewed at any time from the ‘Favourites’ menu item on the left or under your profile.
